Failure to Comply with Flammability Standards Prompts Pajama Recall

Post On 05-29-2013

Recent reports issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have stated that two-piece pajama sets designed for children are being recalled after it was noted that these clothing pieces fail to comply with certain flammability standards.

The CPSC has stated that the sleepwear could pose a burn injury risk to children as result of the failure to comply with federal requirements.

According to the company, all units of the Vive la Fete children’s cotton or cotton and polyester two-piece pajama sets are affected by this recall.

Consumers with the recalled products should stop letting their children wear the pajamas. Contact Vive La Fete to learn more about how you should proceed to have the product returned. Follow this link to read the full recall announcement.
